Bishop C. Guy Robinson

Our Pastor

C. Guy Robinson is a bishop, pastor, educator, musician and mental health theologian. He serves in the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International as Bishop of Mental Health Awareness and as Maryland State Bishop. He also serves as Pastor of The Tabernacle of the Lord Church in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Robinson is an adjunct faculty instructor in the School of Social Work at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, specializing in critical thinking, spirituality and religion in the helping traditions. Dr. Robinson is also an adjunct faculty instructor at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, where he teaches courses in pastoral care in the Department of Religious Studies.
He has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (Piano) from Morgan State University, a Master of Divinity degree from Howard University and a Doctor of Ministry Degree in Pastoral Psychology and Family Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. He also studied Pastoral Counseling at Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Robinson has conducted extensive research and workshops in mental health theology formation, biblical counseling and paradigms for healthy partnerships between pastoral and mental health professionals. Dr. Robinson is the author of Critical Collaboration: Pastors and Mental Health Professionals as Partners in Care, and the co-host of Spirit in Mind, a weekly podcast featuring theological and mental health perspectives on current affairs. Dr. Robinson and his wife Sandra are the parents of four children and reside in Baltimore, Maryland.

Lady Sandra R. Robinson
Sandra Robinson was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Richardson and is the eldest of three daughters. She grew up in the New Psalmist Baptist Church, where her mother and grandmother sang on the choir, her maternal grandfather was the superintendent of the Sunday School, her father was the church organists and her paternal grandfather was the Minister of Music and interim Pastor. She was saved at a young age and baptized by then Rev. Dr. Walter Scott Thomas, Sr. as a young girl. She was very active in the church: singing on several choirs and assisting her Sunday school teacher. Sandra participated in Discipleship Classes and was active in the Young Adult Ministry.
In 1982, Sandra graduated from the Baltimore County Public Schools. She joined the workforce as a teacher’s assistant and attended Catonsville Community College. She received certification in office management and worked in health care as an accounts manager for several years. In May of 2000, she was licensed by the State of Maryland as an Insurance Agent.

Sandra Robinson is the ministry leader of The Kingdom Women, the Women’s Ministry of the Tabernacle. She is also the Instructor/Directress of the Kingdom Kids Choir, and teaches New Members’ Classes. Lady Sandra Robinson is the wife of C. Guy Robinson, Pastor of The Tabernacle of the Lord Church and Ministries. They are the parents of four children: Candice, Cameron, Sydney and Lauryn.

She and her family are committed to their Lord, Jesus Christ, serving His people and building His Kingdom.

Lady Robinson
